funimation first half 2005 preview / today

December 31, 2004

Within FUNimation’s January 1st newsletter, there’s a preview of what’s to come from them on DVD in the first half of 2005. Included are Full Metal Alchemist Volume 1 on February 8th, Dragonball Z‘s 10th movie (Broly: Second Coming) on April 5th, and what they call Dragonball Z: Ultimate Uncut Special Editions on April 12th. Notice the use of a plural. Could it be the first two volumes of the Uncut Saiyan & Namek sagas, or will all the volumes be released in a boxed set? I guess we have to wait a little longer for that answer.. 😦

January: The Fullmetal Alchemist PS2 game from Square Enix hits on January 18
February: The Fullmetal Alchemist volume 1 DVD “The Curse”, is available on February 8
March: March is unofficially Dragon Ball Z action figure month, with DBZ action figures hitting from JAKKS and Bandai. From JAKKS, you will also see the seventh series in the DBZ Striking Z Fighters line and the all-new DBZ 10th Anniversary Action Figures.
April: April is a big DBZ month. We have the DBZ movie “Broly: Second Coming” hitting on April 5 and the “DBZ: Ultimate Uncut Special Editions” releasing on April 12
May: Burst Angel and Gunslinger Girl are two great series that street in May.
June: Baki the Grappler and Kodocha are titles that make June an especially promising month.

Last night, I stayed up once again (and quite late this time) to transfer another Rocko episode to VHS. I also transferred another 90mins of Degrassi TNG. Tape 1 is is almost full. :p ..In the morning, I discover that I’ve unsuccessfully tried to take over my dad’s quest to get a second cell phone. He planned for it to take the place of the current land line phone that’s due to be shut off any day now. And with him choosing what phone we’ll get, it’ll most likely be some piece of crap with barely any features at all. He really never meant for it to be mine. Oh well. I give up. *sigh* ..We also couldn’t get the phone because my dad can’t afford it. The bills are coming up, and didn’t get that unemployment check didn’t come in today. So now he suspects the mailman put it in the wrong box (specifically, the druggie’s next door). And no mail tomorrow because of the damn holiday. Ugh.. I slept for a good part of the morning. My dad woke me in time for Passions, which was one wild episode today. I hope Liz was poisoned.. and it looks like she was. Yay. After that, I watched / taped today’s new episodes of The Tribe. Awesomeness. πŸ™‚ Then, I rampaged in San Andreas some more (as well as some burglaring and road tripping.. whee). I turned it off once my dad returned with another fast food supper. *shrug* Then the relatives called to invite my dad to their New Years’ Eve festivities. No mind asking if I want to go. Just leave me here, all alone.. all night.. With all this time to myself, I decided to watch that Maxim Swimsuit DVD that I haven’t found the time to watch. In the end, I was disappointed. The best part had to be that whole Hiroki three-part manga parody thing. :p Beyond that, there wasn’t much.. Then I got online for a while. Before I knew it, it was 10PM. At that point I just started watching parts of all the various New Years’ programming. Man, Regis is annoying. And I watched his countdown too. *yawn*

What a year 2004 has been. My life this year has been mostly endless and forgettable bullshit, like years past. And the free world has stepped quite a bit more towards its final bow, thanks to Bush and his puppeteers. At least this horrible planet hasn’t blown up yet… Hopefully, 2005 will actually be a year to remember. Happy New Year everyone.. and see ya.

new years prdt / adv hd dvds / amazon tv dvd sale 2 / today

December 30, 2004

Toon Disney seems to be having a special marathon tomorrow night for New Years’ Eve, bookended by Power Rangers Dino Thunder. I’m so out of the loop in the scheduling department anymore. 😦 ..It will begin at 7PM ET with Dino Thunder‘s “Day Of The Dino” Part 1 & 2, continue with one-hour blocks of Monkey Team, Dragon Booster & Digimon, and conclude at 11PM ET with Dino Thunder‘s “Thunder Struck” Part 1 & 2. Neat. πŸ™‚

ADV Films has formally announced plans to re-release Noir, RahXephon, and Full Metal Panic! next year in remastered versions utilizing Windows Media High Definition Video and 5.1 DTS Surround Sound audio. The first High Definition (HD) releases of each title will be double disc sets that include one disc presented in high definition WMV video and one disc with standard DVD quality video and remastered DTS audio. It’s not clear if the remastered DTS audio will be for the English dub track only or both the English and Japanese audio tracks. The WMV-HD video format, not to be confused with Toshiba’s HD-DVD format or Sony’s Blu-Ray format, is compatible with personal computers using Windows Media Player version 9 or 10 and set-top DVD players that support the format. The DTS audio DVD will play on standard DVD players.

Neat. I doubt I’ll repurchase those latter two series though.. for something I can’t even use yet (ancient computer & we only gots Dolby 5.1). :/

More First Season TV DVDs are now on sale at Amazon.com… Check it out. πŸ™‚ Wish there was one there that I wanted and didn’t already have though.. Hmm. *ponders Futurama*

I stayed up late last night re-transferring the latest episode of life as we know it from DVR to VHS. I screwed it up a little that first time. I also watched / transferred a couple episodes of Rocko’s Modern Life. πŸ™‚ ..In the morning, I awoke and not that much really happened again. Just the usual. :p Passions was actually somewhat interesting. *yay’s 4 Theresa* ..Our mail system at these apartments suck. My dad expected to get his unemployment check today, but nope. And later, the neighbor upstairs gave him the check we were expecting to come tomorrow. It was with his mail. The damn neighbors flock around the mailboxes when he’s here and talk with him, distracting him. My dad’s worried that someone else got that other check. 😦 And with this whole thing, we weren’t able to go get the cell phone today (it better be tomorrow, the last day it’s on sale).. So we watched Montel, then I rampaged in San Andreas for a few hours. Stealing police cars from that guarded underground garage in San Fierro is so fun. πŸ™‚ ..I stopped for supper, then got online afterwards.. My dad left to watch the basketball game at his buddy’s place (it wasn’t on our cable, but on his satellite). Yay. So I watched Wednesday’s Quintuplets (rofl) and Tuesday’s House (a great character.. with a somewhat flawed TV series built around him) on DVR. After that, I set some more DVR stuff, then watched the last half of TLC’s Area 51: Fact Or Fiction. Very intriguing. This documentary went out there and investigated, rather than just repeating all the facts you already know. I’m so taping it. Then I got into the Lizzie Borden doc after it. Wow.. And that was about it for the day. *shrug*

See ya.

pr game rights / 4400 ratings / star wars ep3 sndtrk / gta sa glitches / today

December 29, 2004

It seems that THQ has finally lost the video game rights to Power Rangers. Saban signed a five-year deal with them, and it’s now over as of December 2004. Buena Vista Interactive now has the rights. I’ve been waiting for this. Hopefully, Buena Vista Interactive makes a better game than THQ… *crosses fingers for more PR PS2 titles*

The first season of The 4,400 finished the year as the most-watched rookie series on cable among adults 18-49, averaging 2.9 million viewers in the key demographic per week.

Cooool. πŸ™‚ Can’t wait for Season 2 this summer…

TheForce.net reported that the soundtrack for Star Wars: Episode III — Revenge of the Sith will be released on May 3 and the set will include a bonus DVD. The site didn’t report what the DVD would contain.

Interesting..

Someone has put together a rather interesting collection of GTA: San Andreas easter eggs and glitches. I found a few of them today. That suicidal photographer is creepy. :/

Yet again, I stayed up late last night transferring a couple more episodes of Degrassi TNG to VHS (“Against All Odds” & “This Charming Man”.. yup, very much out of order on the tape). I didn’t even pay attention to the second episode, since the cat actually wanted to play. πŸ™‚ A little later, I noticed that the Nicktoons Channel had already come on. Yay! Looks like there’s 2 hours of Rocko a day. And they air a lot of other nicktoons frequently that have since disappeared from Nick (like KaBlam! & Ahh! Real Monsters). And from what I saw, it looks to even be aimed at a somewhat older audience than Nick. πŸ™‚ ..In the morning, I awoke and.. nothing all that interesting happened. I got online for a bit, then watched Passions (lol @ all the stalling of reading the card). After that, I watched Montel Williams, the episode where Psychic Sylvia Browne predicts events to come in 2005. She claims the economy will finally go up in the summer, and the US will be pulling out of Iraq. Hmm.. After that, my dad went off for an errand and I eventually began playing San Andreas again. I mostly rampaged again, while looking for those easter eggs & glitches. πŸ™‚ That suicidal photographer is creepy. He’s all *takes a few pictures of across the water* *walks into water* *drowns* :p And you have to approach the area from the north for him to appear.. I stopped in time for a non-fast food supper (yay), then got online again for a while.. In primetime, I eventually watched Resident Evil: Apocalypse on DVD. Awesome movie, great DVD. My dad completely forgot that I was going to watch it. I told him this morning. He moved to my bedroom to watch the rest of the game even though he said he would be going to his buddy’s house to watch it. *rolls eyes* I had to close the door to drown it all out.. After that, I erased some more crap from the DVR, and set a few recordings too. I need to transfer more to VHS later..

See ya.

no news / media buy / today

December 28, 2004

…Damn. Couldn’t find any news today… :/

I stayed up late last to transfer a couple more Degrassi TNG episodes from DVR to VHS. I am so close to complaining about the damn pixelation and freezing now. Grrrrr.. In the morning, it was the usual breakfast and TV. Then it was time to media buy…

First, we stopped off at Best Buy and I got Resident Evil: Apocalypse on DVD. As I was leaving the theater, I remember muttering “Can’t wait for that DVD”. :p I love Widescreen / Full Screen DVDs like this one. I won’t ever watch the full screen version, but it just makes the DVD feel more complete. πŸ™‚ ..Then, we went to a Verizon Wireless store nearby to check on another cell phone. We left with nothing. Next, we went to the Wireless section of Wal-Mart to look too. And there it was: the deal we had been told about. Awesome. We were ready to buy. But a credit check had to be performed. And it failed. Because my dad had to fuck it all up again (something he’s a master at by now) and “forgot” that the home phone that he’s abandoned is from the same company. I told you a day or two ago, you ass! And I could not get it because according to my dad, I “have no credit”. And so we left empty-handed with me very angry at my dad’s continued incompetence…

We got home and eventually watched Passions. It was almost uneventful. *shrug* After that, I decided to pass on watching the movie I had planned to watch (for now) and played San Andreas instead (more rampaging, drowning all kinds of vehicles, and getting maximum lung capacity.. yay). πŸ™‚ I stopped once my dad came home with more fast food for supper.. After some playing with the cat, I finally got online. Later, instead of tonight’s reruns, I watched that movie: The Manchurian Candidate (2004). My dad fell asleep rather quickly (and slept through maybe half of it). Later, he commented that it was “like The West Wing”, *rolls eyes* It did take a little while for the story to get off the ground, but I really liked it. πŸ™‚ After that, I played around with the cat for about another hour…

It looks like I’ll have to wait until Thursday for that cell phone now.. See ya.

jetix rescheds / lost mystery / first contact dvd specs / today

December 27, 2004

Because of the recent tsunamis, the overprotective ABC Family Channel has decided not to air episodes with water disasters on JETIX for a while. The January 3rd airing of Power Rangers Dino Thunder‘s “Isn’t It Lava-ly?” is being replaced by “The Passion of Connor”, and a few Digimon repeats have been changed as well…

Producers told TV Guide Online that the name of William Mapother’s character on ABC’s Lost, Ethan Rom, is an anagram for “Other Man.”

Damnit. I want new episodes of this show. Right now. :p

DVDAnswers.com has gotten their hands on a full list of specs for the upcoming DVD release of Star Trek: First Contact – Special Collector’s Edition. Expect the 2-disc DVD in stores March 15th. πŸ™‚

I stayed up a bit late again last night, transferring a couple more Degrassi TNG episodes to VHS (“Rock And Roll High School” & “It’s Raining Men”). Great episodes, but the more apparent defects are really starting to piss me off. Ever since the cable company “upgraded” the DVR’s software about a month or more ago, these defects have kept happening. It was perfect before. Now there’s pixelation and freezing. And there was a lot of it in these episodes. Grrr.. In the morning, I awoke.. then fell asleep again. Around 11AM, we finally set off to get that cell phone. But when we get there, we found that the deal we were depending on ended yesterday. Damnit. 😦 We were about to enter a second store when my dad got too pissed about the traffic and just gave up.. My dad went and got some fast food on the way home.. When we arrived, we watched Passions on DVR (lol), and I had planned to watch The Siege.. but changed my mind at the last second. And played San Andreas for a few hours instead. I mostly rampaged and attempted to raise my lung capacity by swimming a lot. πŸ™‚ Then I turned it off for the “news” that my dad had to watch, and I got online for a while. No real supper took place because of the previous fast food.. In primetime, we mostly played around with the cat and my dad watched his basketball game. Everything was reruns tonight.. I feel bad. My dad says the cat seems to have an ear problem, and I feel responsible after playing the Lord of the Rings EE trilogy on our 5.1 Surround speakers. 😦 *sigh*

Sunday 12.26.04 — snapping back from the misery..

December 26, 2004

6:30AM
I was up late last night watching anything I could find on the living room TV. Blah. Then, I eventually fell asleep. I woke up just 30 minutes ago and decided to finally look into possibly buying a few J.R.R. Tolkien books. Most likely the ones not made into movies yet: Hobbit & Silmarillion.. then maybe Lord of the Rings (are these editions okay?). *shrug*

1:19PM
I watched a couple movies on TBS.. for.. some reason. Then my dad left on an errand.. So I watched / taped last night’s Adult Swim airing of Read Or Die from the DVR. It was pretty cool, but falling asleep during it for a short time didn’t help. I had no idea what was going afterward. I even minded to remove the commercials. The ones I was awake for anyway. ..I wonder if they’ll eventually air the R.O.D. TV series too.. Now I’m back to my computer while my dad watches his all-important game again this week. Booorrrrreeed. *sigh*

6:11PM
I pretty much stayed online for a couple hours looking for mp3s and looking at a few sites. Then, we were off after my dad’s football game was over. We went to the grocery store.. and actually tricked my dad to buy me a couple things. πŸ™‚ Then, I stopped by Walgreens and bought some candy since I had a couple bucks left (and still had enough for Tuesday’s DVD).

8:44PM
Our errands caused us to be late eating supper. And we about two-thirds done when the family members came for a surprise visit with our gifts. Dad was right. Most of the gifts were cheap, and my dad even got more. But I didn’t care. I enjoyed the time with them. Even if I may not have shown it. One of them asked for my website. I lied and said I didn’t have one anymore. I don’t want them reading this stuff. Ack. My stepsister and her daughter did give me their e-mail addresses. πŸ™‚ It sucks that they have to move back to Florida next year. I’ll miss them… There were seven of them and they filled the living room easily. They stayed to watch us open our presents, then we talked for a little while (moreso them than me.. damn my shyness 😦 ).

10:22PM
Wow. It seems like today has been a total reversal of yesterday. I guess the rubber band can spring back from horrible situations too. Nothing else really happened since the last update. My dad and I mostly discussed the cell phone thing again, after seeing our relatives’ phones. Those looked nice. I want one just like it damnit.. with internet access! :p But dad also said I may have to pay the monthly charge for it. :/ We’ve planned to go out tomorrow and try to get one…

Well, see ya.

Saturday 12.25.04 — a merry Christmas.. for everyone but me..

December 25, 2004

12:05AM
..I can’t believe it.. I got into a mood to see some music videos, so I checked MTV’s & VH1’s listings for the next week (up to Thursday at Midnight ET). I had planned to DVR some music videos. But I could only find 90 minutes on MTV. For the whole week. MTV’s schedule was mostly just their usual crap, and VH1’s was mostly cluttered with it’s “E! wannabe” programming. Grrrr. Both stations are owned by the same company. Did they make a new years’ resolution to finally make music videos extinct or what? *sigh* 😦

2:00AM
I stayed up late watching Jingle All The Way. It is so a dramatization of the Power Rangers toy craze of the early 90s. :p I almost got it on DVD this year. But now I’ll probably wait until next year… G’night.

9:20AM
I stayed up even later watching most of Bring It On Again on USA. It was okay… and I’ll probably buy the DVD eventually.. I woke up one minute before the alarm this morning. Heh. I watched ABC Family’s airing of Mighty Morphin: “I’m Dreaming Of A White Ranger”, then watched a DVRed “Coming Attractions” from E!. Hide and Seek looked creepy, and Son of the Mask actually didn’t look too bad.. when not compared to the original movie. But then again, I’m easily entertained. :p

My dad has started cooking already.. and I’m bored because my FOX affiliate has pushed back the Christmas episode of Ninja Turtles from 9AM to 10AM for some Christmas programming earlier in the morning. Grr. I know I already bought the TMNT episode on DVD, but I still want a complete series on VHS. :p

10:52AM
Watched / taped Ninja Turtles. Neat episode (Clunk is so cuuuute). But now I’m bored again. And I don’t want to go back to watching those Christmas music videos on on VH1 Classic. That only got me depressed over the absence of my Christmas spirit this year.. *sigh*

1:38PM
Uuuunngh. I’m stuffed. 😐 Our holiday feast was pretty good. We got a couple calls. The family really wanted us to go to their feast get-together. My step-sister even got me something for Christmas. But my dad made up a few lies to get them off his back, sat down to eat and watch his precious basketball game (that’s probably most of the real reason why we aren’t there now). Well, about time to let the cat out of my dad’s room. It sounded like he got a little angry, with that boom a little earlier. I hope nothing’s broken… :p

2:24PM
It hurts reading what everyone got for Christmas online after I got nothing. I’m jealous… 😦

Oh, and before the basketball game, I managed to watch Tuesday’s episode of House. The scene with that woman coughing up the blood was very dramatic.. and maybe a little funny because of how unreal it looked.. :p One of the best episodes yet.

5:57PM
After the game, I finally got to watch LotR: Return of the King Extended Edition Part 2. Awesome beyond words. Can’t wait to break them out and watch it it again.. in a few years. πŸ™‚ I really liked the alternate scenes. It made the purchase of the theatrical DVD (that I’ll probably never watch again) even more worth it.. One of the family members called during the movie, asking my dad to come down and get the presents some of them have gotten for us. My dad claimed they would all be cheap, and refused. The last chance to save my Christmas this year by just the smallest bit. But no. It seems my dad doesn’t care for anyone. Especially me…

10:50PM
Tonight, I went into the living room.. and slept on the couch all evening. There wasn’t anything on TV anyway…

Yup. He’s not going to go get them just because they never get him anything nice, just cheap. There’s a chance I could actually get something, but my dad doesn’t give a fuck about me. Oh, he says he’s going to get me something at the beginning of the month.. but I can’t trust him. He lies too gawddamn much.

So congratulations, father. All these years trying so hard to destroy Christmas for me, my once-happiest time of the year. Well, you’ve at last succeeded in making this my worst Christmas ever…

ashlee season 2 / dvd rewinder / today

December 24, 2004

THE ASHLEE SIMPSON SHOW / NEWLYWEDS: NICK & JESSICA (MTV) – MTV has bumped the respective second and third season premieres of the popular reality series to Wednesday, January 26 beginning at 10:00/9:00c

Neat. Though I only watch Ashlee. πŸ™‚

GTAGaming.com has already grabbed GTAPSP.com after Rockstar announced that “titles based on two of Rockstar’s premier brands” would be released for the PlayStation Portable in 2005. Could one of them be Grand Theft Auto? I hope it’s true. That may make me want to get a PSP sooner…

Ah, the perfect gift for the holidays — the DVD Rewinder! πŸ™‚

I stayed up late last night once again. This time, my DVRing of tonight’s Degrassi TNG screwed up (and they aren’t re-airing anytime soon 😦 ), so I transferred a couple South Park episodes to VHS instead… I awoke the next morning with a crash. The cat was being bad. I caught him and gave him a good talking to (my dad believes the cat I’m his mom *shrug*). Then, I watched Loch Ness on Sci Fi Channel. haha @ the guy dieing of a bump to the head at the beginning of the movie. It was an okay movie, but I thought the ending was pretty lame.. A little later, we watched Passions. I didn’t even think it was on today. This one was even funnier than yesterday. lol. Then, I watched / taped two more episodes of The Tribe. Great episodes, as usual. The New Zealand accent is interesting. “Meger’s holding a meeting..” It’s MEG-UH. :p ..After that, I watched LotR: Return of the King Extended Edition Part 1 for the first time. It was awesome, of course. I really liked the alternate scene near the end. But damn, what a cliffhanger for me. I may have to wait until tomorrow afternoon to watch Part 2, because my dad must watch the Pacers / Pistons rematch basketball game tomorrow. Ugh.. Right after, we had supper and made fun of the news, making comments about what we saw. For example, that Rumsfeld guy visiting and serving the soldiers a meal in Iraq.. only to help his public image. *he looks at his watch onscreen, and we comment* “Oh crap, I gotta stay here for another hour?” “..Feeding them this garbage?” lol. :p ..Next, I got online for a while. In primetime, I planned out what I was going to watch (ABC).. then fell asleep for an hour and a half. I woke up to my dad back and watching the Blue Collar TV Christmas episode, so I watched that.. and that was about it. :/

Merry Christmas everyone. There’s a very good chance that yours will be much better than mine… See ya.

…Hey, it’s a slow news week with Christmas and all… :p

*watches the Sin City trailer* *drools as he watches Jessica Alba’s pole dance* *repeats* πŸ˜‰

I stayed up a little late last night yet again transferring a couple more Degrassi TNG episodes to VHS, and I actually watched them this time. lol @ The N’s bold Premiere week ad with the drowned Santa. :p Then, while I was going through the DVR, I fell asleep… I was awoken by my dad a few hours too early the next morning. The snow was dying down at last. And outside, there was a lot of it. Probably about a foot. Down south, they have around 2 feet. Ack. And there’s even more Snow Emergency counties too. Some of them have closed their streets. The temp is expected to get below zero tonight, and the high temp into the single digits tomorrow… I fall asleep again, only to be awakened around 10:30AM for breakfast. Then I got online for a bit. I successfully burned a CD on the first try. Wow.. Prometheus Hits, Volume 13
Jem – Come On Closer
Kelly Clarkson – Since U Been Gone
Maroon 5 – Sunday Morning
Good Charlotte – I Just Wanna Live
Jesse McCartney – Beautiful Soul
Damien Rice – The Blower’s Daughter
Ashlee Simpson – La La
Eminem – Like Toy Soldiers
Destiny’s Child featuring T.I. & Lil’ Wayne – Soldier
Jojo featuring Bow Wow – Baby It’s You
Joss Stone – Right To Be Wrong (Radio Edit)
Franz Ferdinand – Take Me Out
Sugarcult – Bouncing Off The Walls
Mindy Smith – Come To Jesus
Fiona Apple – Across The Universe
Oasis – Wonderwall
Michael Tolcher – Sooner Or Later (Life As We Know It theme)
Josh Groban – You Raise Me Up
Afroman – Because I Got High
Just as I was finished, Passions started. lol. This episode was so funny. :p After that, I played most of the CD I had just burned. Then, I watched LotR: The Two Towers Extended Edition Part 2. Awesome once again, of course. I even teared up all over again over the emotional ending.. Then I eventually got back online. And took a break for supper somewhere in the middle. In primetime, I discovered that only reruns were airing tonight. 😦 So I loaded up San Andreas while the dad and the cat were napping, and played it for a while. But all I did was try out those new cheat codes and rampage a little. πŸ™‚ I turned it off about two hours later and bugged the cat some more.. Then, that was about it.

Happy birthday, ! :p See ya.

chappelle delay explained / harry potter 6 sales / paris xxxmas / gta sa pc release / today

December 22, 2004

Comedy Central has announced that the new season of Chappelle’s Show will be pushed back from its February 16th premiere date. According to a spokesperson for the network, the delay is due to both a late start in writing new material as well as Chappelle’s health (he’s got the flu, bitch). As a consequence, the season two DVD – originally due on February 8th – also has been delayed. Look for the new season and the three-disc set to be rescheduled for April or May.

Finally, an excuse.. er, reason.. But damnit, I don’t wanna wait that long. 😐

The latest installment in the Harry Potter series won’t hit stores for more than six months, but it has already topped at least one bookseller’s most-wanted list and is racking up thousands of advance orders, retailers told the Reuters news service.

*yawn* Expected… :p

Paris Hilton to Get 14K Gold, Diamond-Studded Shoes and Free Shoes for Life as a Christmas Gift from Local Business Man …I wonder if he’ll get anything in return…? *ahem*

Word is that Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas will be hitting PC and Xcox in June 2005.. and I don’t really care…

I stayed up into the early AMs trying to get the usual stuff done. I had some problems with the computer. And I transferred two more Degrassi TNG episodes to VHS (“Time Stands Still, Part 2” & “Back In Black”), then set to DVR four more hours of repeats during the week to transfer to another tape. πŸ™‚ And just as I’m getting ready to sleep, the snow begins to fall and accumulate outside. The storm is here…

I awoke to a good amount of snow on the ground. πŸ™‚ We had breakfast.. and I fell back asleep again. When I awoke, I got online for a bit. Before I knew it, it was time for Passions. Today’s episode didn’t really resolve much, but it was okay. After that, I watched LotR: The Two Towers Extended Edition Part 1. Then I tried getting to the hidden Liberty City with in GTA: San Andreas. Click here for details.

1. Go to the Los Santos Gym.
2. Kill the 4 people when you enter.
3. Enter jetpack cheat. [L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right]
4. Fly up through the hole behind the second punching bag from the door, in the ceiling.
5. Press Start then zoom in on the game map, mark a location from the ‘Hell’ map on the game map by pressing Circle.
6. Follow the red marker you made on the map until you find a yellow cone-shaped marker. (There may be invisible walls that get in your way, so check your map every few seconds to see if you are moving any closer.)

I almost got there. :/ I got into some kind of warehouse at Marker 8 on the map. Then I lost it when I fell through a doorway, fell forever, and died. :p Somewhere in between, I paused the game for supper. My dad knew he could corner me since we were having spaghetti, which we ‘must’ eat at the table. First, he talked about finally helping me learn how to drive next spring. *shrug* Then, he began talking about plans for.. after he’s gone. I tuned him out the best I could and said nothing.. Later, my dad took over the TV, wanting to see the news… So I got back online again. Until primetime, where I wasted time until the new episode of Quintuplets started. Awesome episode, one of the best yet. πŸ™‚ *saves on DVR for forever* Then, I watched a King of Queens rerun while my dad watched his Pacers game on my TV.. And in between, I bugged.. er, played around with the cat. :p It began to snow again, but the flakes were so small only an inch or so has fallen so far. A few counties are already under Snow Emergency (meaning travel only if it’s important). Gladly, our county isn’t one of them. Yet.

Yay. My dad says he plans to get the cell phones as soon as next week. πŸ™‚ See ya…
