TVShowsOnDVD has cover art and a few more details on the July 7th DVD release of Power Rangers RPM, Volume 1 – Start Your Engines. The disc will go for the usual $19.99 SRP and will run for 113 minutes.. or the season’s first five episodes. That would end at just the right time to make for a six-episode Volume 2 containing all the character flashback episodes. The cover art could be better (of course), like replacing Black Ranger with Blue (to avoid a spoiler) and.. perhaps adding “Volume 1” to the cover, thus making the season-buying consumer more sure about picking up a copy. But.. oh well..

I awoke in the morning and got online for a while. But once my dad took off somewhere, I watched last night’s episodes of Chuck (I must admit that this season has been an improvement for the first.. pleeease bring it back) and Heroes (backstory that resolves something in episode 1 that I’ve been curious about ever since.. yay, very good episode.. very good casting for the young sisters too 🙂 *perv*), soon followed by four more episodes of Power Rangers in Space (the Silver Ranger episodes begin, awesome 🙂 ).

Next, I got the PS3 online and checked out PlayStation Home a bit. Soon got bored of that and watched last night’s episodes of Greek (haha, good episode) and 24 (wow, great episode.. yay @ Kim, wtf @ ending), then filled my remaining time on LittleBigPlanet. We had some supper, then I got online to news-gather..

In primetime, we watched two episodes of According To Jim (lol it’s back.. so it takes priority.. :|), followed by Fringe (perfect example of a good stand-alone episode for this show.. not so much liking the lack of “mythology” so far, but X-Files lacked a lot of mythology episodes in its first season as well, so.. yeah) and Reaper (haha, another very good episode.. it was difficult to enjoy with my dad bitching about the scientific and religious inaccuracies -_- ..may try to watch it live rather than two hours later next week >_>). My dad’s news started, then I got to writing Truth-Seekers some more.. and actually finished the next episode. Now I just need to find time to type it all up and probably add to it along the way. Quite a bit happens and is revealed, but I still left one more major revelation for the next episode or so. 🙂
