Saturday 09.01.2007 — lots o’ tv

I awoke like every other mundane morning (unfortunately) and eventually watched South of Nowhere (nice), The Best Years (very good episode), and three more episodes of Heroes: Season 1 (very awesome). My dad took off on a few errands, then returned. He got bored of Heroes for some reason and went to get the mail.. and hasn’t returned after several minutes. We were going to finally head to the grocery store once it was over, but now I must wait even longer. Ass. Then I found tiny specks of red gooey spit on my Heroes: Season 1 – Target Exclusive Collector’s Edition and got a little more pissed. He always has a damn cough drop in his mouth. 😡

When my dad finally came inside with the mail, I looked over the new (free) issue of EGM. Ooh @ the Lost video game preview, coming to PS3 & 360 just in time for Season 4’s premiere. Now there’s three reasons to get a PS3.. damnit.. We finally went to the grocery store and I spent a bit too much. But I needed my Code Red / Game Fuel / Barq’s. We were completely out.. We returned home and put everything away.. Once I realized he’d rather watch a movie on TV than a DVD, I returned to my room…

I managed to pull myself away from the computer and instead went to the bedroom DVR. I watched last week’s Flash Gordon (still pretty good, wow 🙂 ), the final two episodes of On The Lot (again, mostly for the films.. which were all old ones.. but that.. one guy won.. yay?), last week’s Ergo Proxy (cool.. maybe I will get the rest of this series on DVD.. if Best Buy gets their head out of their ass and prices it like all of their other anime volumes — $19.99 — instead of $24.99 😦 ), Noein (pretty good here too), Tokko (ooh, getting good), Naruto (particularly good episode.. if the uncut DVD sets weren’t priced so high, I’d might get them too), and BoBoBo-Bo Bo-BoBo (lol, especially @ the narrator being woken up by a loud noise onscreen).
